Senior Technical Sourcer

Join our team as a Senior Technical Sourcer, where you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top engineering talent in the fields of autonomous systems, robotics, AI/ML, hardware, and electrical engineering. You will develop creative sourcing strategies, build and maintain talent pipelines, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define search strategies. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong proficiency with advanced sourcing tools, and a proven track record in sourcing technical talent.

• Identifying and engaging world-class engineering talent across various specialized fields.
• Developing creative sourcing strategies and building long-term pipelines for critical hiring needs.
• Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to define search strategies and align on priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior technical stakeholders
• Strong proficiency with advanced sourcing tools and Boolean techniques
• Proven success sourcing in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Electrical, Embedded, Robotics, or related fields
• 5+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, including 3+ years supporting deeply technical engineering roles
• Experience in defense, aerospace, robotics, manufacturing, or other regulated environments
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches independently in a startup environment
• Background in high-growth or scaling organizations
• Experience supporting roles within defense, aerospace, robotics, manufacturing, or other highly regulated technical environments
• Working knowledge of autonomous systems and hardware/software integration landscapes
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., office supplies, packages)
