About The Role

Join our team as a Staff Quality Engineer, where you will be the senior technical quality expert responsible for driving a multi-site RCCA culture that supports engineering and manufacturing quality. You will lead enterprise-wide technical investigations, drive engineering-based Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA), and partner with various departments to improve product reliability and operational performance. Your expertise will be applied to identify fundamental technical failure mechanisms, validate corrective actions, and eliminate systemic product and process risks. You will also provide technical quality leadership across multiple manufacturing locations and support New Product Introduction (NPI) Quality activities.

Lead enterprise-wide technical investigations and drive engineering-based Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) initiatives.
Apply structured engineering methodologies and advanced analytical tools to identify fundamental technical failure mechanisms and validate corrective actions.
Standardize RCCA methodologies and engineering investigations across the enterprise, and coach site Quality Engineers on advanced engineering problem solving.
Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations
7+ years of engineering aerospace, defense, automotive, or advanced manufacturing
Extensive experience leading engineering-based RCCA
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering
Demonstrated success solving complex engineering problems
Design and development engineering management experience
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
