Business Systems Analyst III (Salesforce)

Join Box, the leader in Intelligent Content Management, as a Business Systems Analyst III. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and the Enterprise Systems team to manage and scale our Sales and go-to-market tech stack. You will apply your functional Salesforce expertise to critical go-to-market and operations initiatives, collaborate on creative solutions for technical challenges, and provide direct value to our business partners.

• Partner with Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and other GTM business stakeholders to ensure enhancements and upgrades of GTM systems run accurately and efficiently according to business requirements and prioritization.
• Assist with the planning, evaluation, and implementation of functionality and features in Salesforce systems, and take ownership for vetting end-user business requirements, solution specification design, configuration, project management, implementation, and system integration.
• Enhance data integrity through effective design, maintenance, and security in Salesforce, and work on cross-functional projects involving customer success and related GTM systems.
