About The Role

Join Box, the leader in Intelligent Content Management. As an Engineering Business Operations Manager II, you will provide operational support and expertise to Box Engineering teams, focusing on our EMEA teams. You will guide and prepare teams through planning and reporting processes, drive critical processes for tracking performance metrics, and help leadership measure and report on key goals. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of EBOS.

  • Optimizing team functions and improving operational workflows to increase efficiency.
  • Guiding and preparing Engineering teams for planning and reporting processes, including Annual Planning and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Driving and maintaining OKR tracking and KPI measurement for engineering teams, and building reporting and dashboards for leadership.
