Join Box, the leader in Intelligent Content Management. As a Legal Counsel, you will support our go-to-market activities, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, and provide actionable advice to sales leadership and executive management. You will collaborate across various organizations and contribute to broader team initiatives. This position is based in Redwood City, CA, and requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant post-law school experience.

Independently draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements involving nuanced technical, commercial, data protection, privacy, and intellectual property issues.
Drive business outcomes and provide actionable advice to sales leadership, executive management, and other internal stakeholders on a broad range of complex legal, business and strategic issues.
Collaborate across organizations including finance, order management, engineering, product, security, global risk and compliance, and more.
