Senior Employment Counsel

Join Box, the leader in Intelligent Content Management, as a Senior Employment Counsel. In this role, you will provide strategic legal advice on a wide range of employment issues, assist with policy creation, manage disputes, and collaborate with various teams. You should have a JD degree, 6+ years of experience in employment law, and excellent communication skills.

• Provide strategic advice and counsel to the People & Communities team on a broad range of employment issues, including recruitment, hiring, corrective actions, terminations, benefits, complex leaves of absence and accommodations issues, compensation, contingent workers, HR policies and practices, and performance management.
• Provide pragmatic advice to the business on employment obligations primarily focused in the United States but the ability to flex and advise on other geographic areas.
• Manage pre-litigation and litigation disputes and devise creative resolution strategies with the assistance of outside counsel, as needed.
