As a Senior IT Support Engineer II, you will provide technical support to employees worldwide, manage IT communication, and collaborate with various departments. You should have at least 3 years of experience in IT support, knowledge of Windows and OSX operating systems, and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Troubleshooting and support for all IT end user issues, including mobile, desktop, audio/video, and peripherals.
Procurement, asset and inventory management for all IT hardware and software, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Cross-departmental collaboration with teams like Facilities, Sales, and Engineering to enhance IT services and support.
