Senior Software Engineer, Cloud Service Engineering

You will be responsible for ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient usage of multiple major Public Cloud providers, managing and scaling Box's Public Cloud platform, and contributing to the growth of our AI platform. • Implement and support automation for GCP projects and AWS accounts, including lifecycle, IAM bindings, workload identity, and access patterns.
• Troubleshoot Terraform/IaC deployments, state issues, and provider-specific IAM problems, and partner with service owners on initial landing-zone setup.
• Improve internal workflows and internal automation, participate in CSE on-call, write and update runbooks, and contribute to logging/audit paths.
