Senior Staff Software Engineer, Core Experiences

In this high-impact role, you will shape the technical direction of a large-scale, customer-facing platform, drive execution at scale, set technical direction, enable AI in engineering, influence and mentor, and ship code. You will work closely with engineering teams across Warsaw and Redwood City, and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of content management.

• Architect and lead the implementation of key backend and frontend systems within Core Experiences, ensuring scalability, reliability, and observability.
• Drive execution at scale by partnering with engineering teams across locations to turn architecture into working systems and lead delivery of large, cross-team initiatives.
• Enable AI in engineering by designing and building agents that support the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and establishing best practices for AI usage in engineering workflows.
