Senior Stock Plan Administrator

As a Senior Stock Plan Administrator, you will manage the end-to-end processing of equity transactions, coordinate global ESPP enrollment, oversee quarterly and year-end close and reporting, and respond to complex employee inquiries. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the business to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our equity operations.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in global equity compensation, including RSUs, ISOs, NSOs, and ESPP.
• Manage the end-to-end processing of equity transactions (grants, releases, exercises, cancellations, etc.) in Charles Schwab EquiView.
• Coordinate global ESPP enrollment and purchase cycles and ensure accurate processing and reconciliations in collaboration with Payroll and Schwab.
