As a Senior Backend Software Engineer, you will work on critical authentication, identity, and secure access infrastructure that protects millions of users and enterprises. You will design, build, deploy, and operate mission-critical services, improve reliability and observability, collaborate with various teams, and participate in on-call rotations. You should have 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, strong Java development skills, and a solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals.

• Design, build, deploy, and operate mission-critical services that power authentication, identity, and secure access across Box.
• Improve the reliability, observability, and deployment safety of critical authentication infrastructure.
