Deskside Support Engineer

Join Ekco, a leading Managed Services Provider, as a Deskside Support Engineer in Dublin. In this role, you will provide onsite and remote technical support to multiple client environments, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support Microsoft 365 applications, assist with endpoint management, and contribute to infrastructure upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives. You will have the opportunity to further develop your technical and customer-facing skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide onsite and remote support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, and support user access and identity management within Microsoft Entra ID.
• Assist with endpoint management and mobile device support using Microsoft Intune and other Mobile Device Management (MDM) technologies, and support device provisioning and deployment activities.
• 3 -5 + years of experience in a similar role
• Understanding of ITIL principles and experience working within SLA-driven support environments
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Office365, & Windows Server desirable
• Strong troubleshooting experience across Windows desktop environments, Microsoft 365, and end-user technologies
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Azure environments
• Industry certifications – Azure, Office365. A+ and Network + desirable
• 3rd Level IT related degree desirable
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support clients remotely
• Experience supporting Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, and device deployment technologies
• Experience in adhering to KPIs
