Position Title: Regional Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Consultant

Duty Station: Bishkek (hybrid mode based on the needs)

Type of Appointment: Consultant

Duration of Consultancy: September 2026 - March 2027 (seven months)

Nature of the consultancy: The consultant will serve as the primary Monitoring and Evaluation specialist for the implementation of the project ‘Central Asia Safe Migration’ Project. The consultant will be based in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan and will directly support M&E implementation in-country, while also providing technical guidance and coordination to M&E focal points or consultants in Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan to ensure a harmonized and consistent regional M&E approach. The consultant will work under the overall supervision of the Kyrgyzstan Project Manager (70%) and in close coordination with Regional Project Manager (30%).
