Director of Product Management (Data & AI Platform)

Join Gentrack, a leading provider of intelligent utility software. As the Director of Product Management for our Data & AI Platform, you will define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our platform. You will work closely with Engineering, Architecture, AI specialists, and Product leaders to build capabilities that help utility retailers operate smarter and more efficiently. This is a highly strategic leadership role that requires both long-term vision and hands-on product execution.

• Strong understanding of modern data architectures and AI technologies
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling product strategy
• 10+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software or SaaS
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
• Experience in utilities, energy, or other regulated industries is a plus
• Experience building platform products, data platforms, analytics solutions, or AI-enabled products
