Controller

Join our team as a Controller, where you will own the accounting function and financial reporting across all entities. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires expertise in purchase accounting, multi-entity consolidation, and PE-grade reporting. You will partner closely with the VP of Finance on M&A integration, audit readiness, and ERP transition. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, managing accounting operations, handling technical accounting, and supporting M&A and integration efforts.

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with shifting priorities
• Prior managerial experience
• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to prepare technical memos and reporting commentary
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and intercompany activity
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and ability to understand technical accounting research
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, or comparable ERP platforms
• CPA
• Prior Controller or Assistant Controller experience
• Experience in a PE-backed environment
• Staffing or services industry experience
• Experience integrating acquired entities
• ERP implementation experience
