Senior Product Manager (Candidate Experience)

Join our team as a Senior Product Manager, where you will lead our candidate experience initiatives. You will own the strategy and execution to provide a differentiated, zero-friction experience for our candidates, which directly impacts placement rates and revenue. You will define success metrics, build dashboards to track the candidate funnel, partner with engineering to build and iterate on the candidate portal, and work with operations to identify improvements to candidate experience. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on B2C experiences and a strong sense of product design.

• Own the strategy and execution to enhance the candidate experience, focusing on onboarding, placement, and reengagement.
• Define success metrics, build dashboards, and track the entire candidate funnel across human-led and AI-driven touchpoints.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to rapidly build and iterate on the candidate portal and supporting workflows.
• Strong analytical skills: you think in metrics and can define what 'good' looks like for a candidate and how to test our way into constant improvement
• Eagerness to move fast and iterate: we have daily access to SMEs and end users, and this role is about applying what you learn from them in an AI-assisted development environment
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on B2C experiences and a strong sense of product design
• Staffing, recruiting, or HR tech experience is also helpful
• Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
