  • Defining and executing content design strategies for the team's products and features, ensuring clear communication and alignment with user experience principles.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to influence the user experience beyond just content.
  • Transforming ambiguity into clarity by navigating the organization to drive alignment and improve money movement experiences for clients.
  • You are a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects across teams, navigate ambiguity, and quickly tailor effective content approaches within constraints. You influence the user experience beyond just content
  • You take a collaborative mindset and have experience working across disciplines and with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. product managers, product designers, and engineers.)
  • You’re deeply curious and interested in fintech
  • You define and execute content design strategies for your team’s products and features
  • You have 5+ years of content design experience in a consumer software company. Experience in building financial technology products is a plus
  • You understand UX design principles and best practices for mobile and web. You have an eye for the details and an interest in the finer points of wordsmithery
  • You have a portfolio that demonstrates how clear communication can make or break a product experience. This includes a range of content and writing abilities for product experiences such as product screens, notifications, microcopy, emails, FAQs, style guides, and patterns
  • You transform ambiguity into clarity and navigates the organization to drive alignment
  • You care deeply about learning and growing with the company
  • You are enterprising and demonstrate high agency. You don’t wait for change—you come to the table with proposals on how to improve
  • You embrace complexity, love engaging in intellectually rigorous discussions, and critically evaluate trade-offs from a customer and business perspective
