About The Role

  • Demonstrable experience of analysing complex information, and making sound, proportionate risk-based judgements and recommendations
  • Ability to present yourself and the FCA in a professional and credible manner, with effective oral and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills including ability to write briefings and letters, and capable of communicating effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience building and managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, showing effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing a varied, high volume, and demanding workload, while maintaining well-developed organisational skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop yourself and others, taking on new responsibilities and adopting a flexible and pragmatic approach to your work
  • Curiosity, drive and motivation to continually learn about and investigate issues within the firms and industry we supervise
  • Experience of effective teamwork, working with others to deliver outcomes and complete tasks
