Business Analyst Intern Data, Customer Value & Industrial Performance

Join TiHive as a Business Analyst Intern, where you'll analyze data generated by our systems installed at customer sites. Your mission will be to support customers in understanding their data, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating insights into concrete operational and financial value. You'll work closely with technical, application, and commercial teams to connect product performance with customer outcomes and help quantify value creation and customer ROI from TiHive deployments.

• Analyser les données générées par les systèmes TiHive installés chez les clients, identifier les tendances, les anomalies et les opportunités d'optimisation.
• Transformer les données en recommandations claires et exploitables pour les clients, et les aider à comprendre comment utiliser les données TiHive pour améliorer la qualité et réduire les déchets.
• Contribuer à la création de rapports réguliers pour les clients, aux tableaux de bord et aux revues d'affaires, et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques et commerciales.
• Student in **Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field**
• Strong interest in **data analysis, industrial operations, and customer value creation**
• Business-minded, with the ability to connect technical or operational signals to financial and strategic impact
• Comfortable working with data sets, KPIs, trends, and performance indicators
• Able to understand industrial environments and customer pain points
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain data clearly to different audiences
• Rigorous, proactive, autonomous, and structured
• Fluent in English; French is a plus

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL, or other data analysis tools
• Exposure to manufacturing, industrial processes, quality control, or operations
• Interest in customer success, consulting, or value engineering
• Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
