About The Role

Join ReversingLabs, a leading cybersecurity company, as the Senior Director of Product Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the overall product marketing strategy, defining ReversingLabs' positioning and messaging, and driving differentiation and growth. You will lead the Product Marketing team, manage cross-functional processes, and champion AI tools for product marketing. This is a unique opportunity to shape how ReversingLabs' powerful differentiators are conveyed to the broader market.

  • Designing, planning, implementing, and managing the overall product marketing strategy for ReversingLabs, with a focus on cybersecurity domains.
  • Leading the Product Marketing team, driving strategy while staying close to execution on high-priority initiatives, and facilitating executive alignment on value proposition and key messaging.
  • Developing and managing ReversingLabs’ core use case messaging, positioning, and key collateral, and championing AI tools for product marketing to increase productivity.
  • We are on the hunt for a Senior Director of Product Marketing with rich expertise in cybersecurity - specifically with a background in malware analysis, threat intelligence, and Software Supply Chain Security
  • The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing leader with experience in high-growth organizations, a track record of building efficient, scalable, rocket-ship growth, and a history of defining new market categories
  • Supporting the development of multi-touch, targeted marketing campaign strategies with demand generation teams is a must
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep technical understanding of cybersecurity technologies and customer pain points
  • The candidate needs to convey from product complex technical differentiation into stories that resonate with both a CISO and a security analyst on the front lines
  • Demonstrated ability to deeply understand the technical aspects of our solutions to properly position them in the market
  • Proven ability to build and lead a high-performing product marketing team
  • Experience building trusted relationships with executive sponsors and end users
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing in the cybersecurity industry, preferably within the software supply chain security or threat intelligence space
  • Track record in building new categories and or pivoting categories
  • Ability to travel 30% of the year
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
  • Experience with evangelizing products and public speaking at conferences and webinars
  • PE- or VC-backed startup experience is a plus
  • Uses data to measure results and inform decision-making and strategy development
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to explain and translate complex technology concepts into simple and intuitive communications, messaging, presentations, and web experiences
  • Experience with analyst relations
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing, business, or related area
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects across functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations
  • Based in the United States
  • Deep understanding of the security market and competitive landscape
  • Analytical and instinctual - Compares information from multiple sources to identify core issues. Uses data to make decisions, but also understands that instinct plays a part in innovating. Always uses good common sense
  • Communicates and influences - Clearly communicates information and ideas to individuals and teams in an articulate, focused, and compelling way. Able to present, negotiate, and influence at C-level
  • Business acumen - Deep understanding of the cybersecurity market, SaaS products, and experience driving revenue in a product marketing organization, with the ability to draw from personal experience to make recommendations
  • Builds and maintains high-performing teams - Attracts, develops, engages, and retains talented team members by creating an environment where people can realize their full potential. Leads by example as a player-coach to get projects done
