About The Role

Join our team as a Frontend Engineer and leverage your expertise in frontend development. You will work in a small cross-functional team, developing the visual and functional designs of our ReactJS web application. You will review code, advise team members, collaborate with our UX team, plan projects, and mentor others. You should have experience with modern web technologies, a proactive attitude towards improving the product and team processes, and a passion for user experience and interfaces.

Big-picture thinking: You collaborate with non-developers to clarify requirements and help plan projects, with an eye on the overall impact to the business & product
A full-stack attitude. Everybody has their strengths, but no piece of the project stands alone
Founded experience with modern web technologies (e.g. React, Vue.js, Angular)
Proactive attitude in improving the product, the team, its processes and our code base
Understanding REST APIs, and a passion for typed Javascript code (e.g. Typescript, Flow)
Interest in rich and friendly User Experience and Interfaces
Willingness to contribute to an inclusive and diverse team and foster open communication
Empathy for your colleagues and your customers
A team-first attitude; As a group we strive to leave egos at home
