About The Role

Join , a leading company in the marketing technology space. As a GTM Engineer, you will build automations, custom apps, and AI-native workflows that power our commercial engine. You will work closely with commercial stakeholders, Product, and Engineering to identify and fix friction points in our systems, data, and workflows. This is a full-time role based in Berlin, Germany. - Construire et expédier des applications web personnalisées légères qui contournent les interfaces SaaS lentes, afin que les équipes commerciales avancent plus rapidement sans se battre contre leurs outils. - Concevoir et déployer des flux de travail alimentés par l'IA qui influencent directement des indicateurs tels que la génération de pipeline, le taux de victoire, le temps de clôture et la rétention des revenus nets. - Surveiller et améliorer la cohérence des données entre les systèmes, détecter les problèmes tôt et mettre en place des solutions automatisées durables. - Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward building solutions rather than settling for workarounds - Proven experience using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to develop, debug, and ship functional web applications - Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, LLM APIs, and integration platforms like n8n, Workato, or Zapier - Working knowledge of Python and basic web technologies (HTML, JS); you are able to read code, follow logic, and steer agentic coding tools effectively - At least 5 years in technical operations, revenue operations, automation engineering, or software engineering with a strong focus on internal tooling - You can manage multiple initiatives independently in a fast-moving environment - Familiarity with the data models and APIs of GTM platforms such as Salesforce, Gong, Engage, HubSpot, or equivalent - Conversational Marketing: Qualified - AI & LLMs: OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude API - Scripting & Infra: Python, TypeScript, GitHub, GCP / AW - CRM & Sales Engagement: Salesforce, Gong Engage - Our current stack you'll go deep on all of it and push what's possible: - Data & Analytics: BigQuery / Snowflake, Looker - Data Enrichment: Clearbit, LeadIQ, Cognism - Marketing Automation: HubSpot - Automation & Orchestration: n8n, custom Python/Node services
