People Operations Partner

Join our global People Operations team as a People Operations Partner. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our team, primarily supporting employees in Germany and secondarily in the United States. You will drive our pre-onboarding and onboarding process, draft employment contracts, assist with relocation and immigration processes, support employees with inquiries regarding time-off management and benefits enrollment, prepare payroll data input, maintain accurate employee records, and engage with employees and people managers around HR policies and programs. You should have 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, fluency in English, and professional proficiency in German preferred.

• Act as the main point of contact for the People Operations team, primarily supporting employees based in Germany and secondarily those in the United States.
• Drive our pre-onboarding and onboarding process - make sure our new team members feel integrated and welcome from day one.
• Assist employees with relocation and immigration processes in collaboration with our external partners.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets for reporting and organizing HR data
• Fluency in English
• Experience with HRIS and ticketing systems, with the ability to leverage technology to support HR operations and employee services
• Professional proficiency in German (B2 level or above) preferred
• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, ideally in a fast-growing environment, with a strong understanding of operational best practices and compliance requirements
