Workplace and Community Lead

Join <Talon.One>, a leading company in the marketing technology space, as the Workplace and Community Lead. In this strategic role, you will shape the physical and digital workplace experience for our 300+ employees, ensuring a high-quality employee experience across all touchpoints. You will lead our Office Manager and be responsible for workplace strategy, operations, design and improvement projects, remote workspace management, digital workplace, community and engagement, and people leadership. This is a critical role for our hybrid working model, with the majority of our team based in Berlin and over 100 employees across APAC and AMER.

• Definir y ejecutar la estrategia global de workplace, incluyendo la planificación de la ocupación y la experiencia en la oficina.
• Gestionar las operaciones del workplace, incluyendo la gestión de proveedores, el presupuesto y las relaciones con los proveedores.
• Diseñar y liderar programas de eventos internos y de compromiso, desde activaciones en persona hasta experiencias virtuales globales.
• Experience in workplace strategy, including planning for hybrid and flexible working models
• Show experience navigating significant workplace change, such as office transformations, expansions, or similar large-scale projects
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate changes, as well as draft a variety of supporting documents for employees throughout the process (policies, manuals, updates)
• German language skills are a plus
• Contribute expertise in digital workplace tools and a genuine commitment to creating an equitable experience for hybrid and remote employees
• Build strong cross-functional relationships, particularly with IT, Finance, and People teams, to deliver joined-up outcomes
• Demonstrate a track record of managing complex workplace projects, from vendor and budget management through to space planning and operational delivery
