About The Role
Join our team as a Product Manager, where you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define product strategies, gather requirements, and prioritize features. Your responsibilities will include product development and execution, user experience and design, data analysis and insights, product launch and adoption, and customer site engagement. This position offers comprehensive health care coverage, remote work options, and stock options.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine product strategies and roadmaps, identify market opportunities, and define product goals.
- Gather and analyze user requirements through user research, feedback, and data analysis, and translate user needs into clear product requirements.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality products.
- This position requires an individual with analytical and strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for building innovative products that address user needs
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
- Knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for technology and innovation
- High adaptability and comfort working in dynamic, field-based customer environments
- Background in robotics or hardware systems
- Ability to gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into product specifications
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
- 3+ years of robotics-related experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and collaborative environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering)
- Ability to lift 20 lbs
- Ability to travel frequently to customer sites and work in field environments
- Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer. The employee routinely is required to sit; stand, walk; talk and hear; use hands to keyboard
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
