AI Solutions Engineer

Join Chartis, a leading strategic intelligence and technology organization. As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will design, configure, and manage AI-powered solutions that enhance the way our teams and clients work. This role requires strong solution design skills, applied AI experience, and the ability to work directly with stakeholders. You will be responsible for building and deploying AI assets, supporting operational platform management, implementing integrations, establishing testing frameworks, monitoring deployed agents, and managing access controls. Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is preferred, along with 3+ years of experience building AI agents or automation solutions.

• Concevoir, configurer et gérer des solutions alimentées par l'IA pour améliorer le travail des équipes et des clients de Chartis.
• Agir en tant que constructeur et gardien de l'écosystème des agents d'IA de l'entreprise, en développant des actifs d'IA et en soutenant la gestion opérationnelle des plateformes d'IA.
• Établir et exécuter des cadres de test pour les solutions d'IA, surveiller les agents déployés et gérer l'accès basé sur les rôles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical designs
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services, including M365, SharePoint, Azure OpenAI and identity/access management concepts
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform
• Understanding of prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and AI governance considerations
• Experience in healthcare, healthcare data, or regulated industries preferred but not required
• 3+ years of recent experience building AI agents or automation solutions (startup, consulting, or enterprise)
• Ability to operate independently and manage projects from requirements gathering through delivery
• Experience working with low-code/no-code tools to deliver technical solutions. Prior experience with Python (or similar) preferred
