Senior Compliance Analyst

Join Devoted Health as a Senior Compliance Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple entities and operational areas. You will work cross-functionally, assist with legislative and regulatory compliance communication management, audit facilitation, exclusion screening, entity management, regulatory reporting, and monitoring emergency declarations. You will also support legal entity management, facilitate regulatory audits, and participate in the implementation of Artificial Intelligence initiatives. • Assister à la gestion de la communication sur la conformité législative et réglementaire, à la facilitation des audits, à l'exclusion des écrans, à la gestion des entités, au reporting réglementaire et à la surveillance des déclarations d'urgence.
• Identifier, distribuer et surveiller la mise en œuvre des communications réglementaires, rechercher les réglementations en examinant les orientations réglementaires.

• Three or more years working in a heavily regulated healthcare environment
• Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams to meet due dates
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Medicare Advantage healthcare experience
