About The Role
Join our team as a Technology Audit Senior Manager, where you will play a key role in building and executing a modern, technology-focused internal audit function. In this hands-on, player-coach role, you will lead and perform end-to-end audits across cloud, cybersecurity, and AI-enabled environments. You will also help shape the audit methodology, tools, and approach, and build strong relationships with business, technology, and risk leaders. - Lead and execute end-to-end technology audits and special projects, including risk assessment, planning, fieldwork, testing, workpaper preparation, issue development, and reporting.
- Apply data analytics, AI, and agile techniques to improve audit efficiency, coverage, and insight quality, and help shape the information technology and information systems audit methodology.
- Build strong relationships with business, technology, and risk leaders to serve as a trusted advisor, and ensure audit work complies with IIA Standards and departmental quality expectations.
- Hands-on experience using or building AI tools or agents
- Experience evaluating AI governance, risks, and controls across generative AI, AI-enabled processes, and agentic systems as well as general IT controls
- Experience auditing cloud-native environments, including AWS/GCP, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and cybersecurity domains such as vulnerability management, identity and access management (IAM), incident response, and network security
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to present findings to senior leadership
- Proven ability to independently execute end-to-end audits, including planning, testing, workpaper documentation, issue development, and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a hands-on capacity in a lean environment while coaching and reviewing the work of others
- Experience in public accounting, consulting, or internal audit within healthcare organizations, including claims, electronic health records (EHR), care delivery, revenue cycle, or provider networks
- Advanced degree in a related field; certifications such as CIA, CISA, CISSP, CPA, ISACA AAIA, or IAPP AIGP
