HSW Officer - People & Systems

Join SUEZ, a global leader in water and waste management. As an HSW Officer - People & Systems, you will play a crucial role in preparing performance reports, supporting incident investigations, maintaining HSW/HSE management system documentation, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. You will also coordinate audits, provide guidance to leaders and teams, and contribute to wellbeing programs. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in HSW/HSE compliance, strong knowledge of WHS legislation and ISO standards, and effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly HSW/HSE, EIR and Sustainable Development performance reports, ensuring data accuracy and providing meaningful insights.
• Maintain and administer HSW/HSE management system documentation to ensure compliance with governance and ISO requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits across ISO 45001, 14001, 9001 and other schemes, supporting site preparation and ensuring corrective actions are tracked effectively.

Our ideal candidate will bring at least 3+ years’ experience in HSW/HSE compliance, advisory work, or systems administration, supported by strong knowledge of WHS legislation, regulatory frameworks, and ISO standards (45001, 14001, 9001).
