QHSE Specialist

Join SUEZ, a global leader in water and waste management. As a QHSE Specialist, you will support the QHSE Manager in implementing and improving the Integrated Management System (QHSE). You will conduct field inspections, support training needs identification, and collaborate with department managers to integrate QHSE requirements into business processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of experience in managing QHSE systems in large-scale civil construction or complex infrastructure sectors.

• Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and dissemination of the Integrated Management System (Quality, Safety, and Environment) within the company.
• Act as a technical point of contact for site-based safety, conducting field inspections and behavioral safety audits, and providing expert guidance to site managers.
• Collaborate in the technical analysis of accidents and near-misses using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies, and propose structural corrective actions with the QHSE Manager.

**General requirement:**

At least 8/10 years of experience in managing QHSE systems in large-scale Civil Construction, Engineering or complex Infrastructure sectors. Proven track record as a ASPP in field-based roles.

**Education Requirements:**

Degree or diploma in technical disciplines (Engineering preferred).

Attendance of specific training courses for ASPP (Modules A,B).

Attendance of Lead/Internal Auditor courses (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)

**Languages required:**

Italian mother tongue

Fluent in English
