Bid Technical Manager UVE (H/F)

En tant que Bid Technical Manager UVE, vous serez responsable de la production et de la cohérence des aspects d'exploitation et de maintenance de nos offres, en coordination avec les directeurs de projets et les équipes multidisciplinaires. Vous interviendrez sur des projets diversifiés et de grande envergure à l'international, avec des enjeux stratégiques et techniques forts.

• Coordonner les groupes de travail O&M avec les équipes internes et partenaires externes, définir et dimensionner les aspects O&M.
• Chiffrer les coûts d’exploitation des installations futures, assurer la cohérence technique et financière des aspects O&M.
• Participer à la compétitivité des offres, maintenir l’alignement des offres O&M avec les standards Groupe.

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieur ou équivalent et disposez d’une expérience d’au moins 15 ans dans le domaine de la valorisation énergétique des déchets en direction technique ou exploitation de sites.

Vous disposez de compétences solides en OPEX, bilans matière/énergie, gestion opérationnelle et réglementation métier, vous permettant de sécuriser la fiabilité et la compétitivité des offres.

D’autre part, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre sens de l’analyse et votre expertise technique de terrain, ainsi que pour votre capacité à agir au sein d’équipes multiculturelles et pluridisciplinaires.

Vous possédez un Anglais opérationnel vous permettant de collaborer efficacement sur des projets internationaux et nationaux.

Within SUEZ’s Business Excellence Department, you will act as an EfW (Energy-from-Waste) Expert to support the international development of waste-to-energy projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the production and consistency of the operation and maintenance (O

&

M

) aspects of proposals, in coordination with Project Directors, Business Units, and multidisciplinary teams (technical, legal, financial).

Your role is central for sizing and costing installations, establishing material and energy balances, and thus ensuring the reliability of our proposals. You will be involved in a variety of large-scale international projects with significant strategic and technical challenges.

**Candidate Profile**

You hold an engineering degree or equivalent and have at least 15 years of experience in waste-to-energy, in technical management or site operations.

You possess strong expertise in OPEX, material and energy balances, operational management, and industry regulations, allowing you to ensure the reliability and competitiveness of proposals. You are recognized for your rigor, analytical skills, and hands-on technical expertise, as well as your ability to work within multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.

You have operational English skills that enable effective collaboration on national and international projects. Finally, you are motivated by project diversity and continuous O

&

M

offer optimization, and you wish to grow in a strategic role within the Group’s industrial and energy development.
