GTM Recruiter (Contract to Perm)

Join Talkiatry, a mission-driven mental health care company, as a Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter. In this contract-to-perm position, you will oversee the full life cycle recruiting process for our Strategic Partnerships team, collaborating with hiring teams and leveraging data to refine our talent attraction strategies. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in GTM, sales, or business development, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Oversee the full life cycle recruiting process for the Strategic Partnerships team, from outreach to offer, attracting talent who will help grow and expand access to care.
• Get creative with sourcing, finding and engaging people who connect with our mission and want to be part of something meaningful.
• Collaborate with hiring teams, understanding their goals, challenges, and the kind of talent that helps their teams thrive.
• Know how to source and engage talent proactively, not just through inbound applications
• Although this is a contract role to start, we are looking for someone who is looking to make a long-term commitment with regularly scheduled business hours (min 35 hours a week)
• Have a track record of building strong partnerships with hiring managers and leaders — you’re seen as a trusted advisor, not just a recruiter
• At least 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on GTM, Sales, Business Development, or other client-facing roles
• Are curious, organized, and data-driven with the ability to pick things up quickly, and adapt
• Feel comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment where priorities can shift and processes are still being shaped
