About The Role

Join our People team as a Technical Recruiter. In this hands-on role, you will own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, technical operations, and sales roles. You will partner directly with hiring managers, build and improve scalable recruiting processes, optimize the ATS, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. This is a full-time, temporary role based in Fremont, CA, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.

Experience hiring technical, manufacturing, and sales talent
Experience building or improving recruiting processes in a startup or scaling company
Proven ability to operate independently as an individual contributor
