Senior Product Manager (New Business)

Join our Strategy & New Business team as a Senior Product Manager. In this role, you will own a vertical focused on complex, high-value order types and set the vision for your vertical. You will build the roadmap from scratch, write detailed specifications, lead cross-functional alignment, and track KPIs. • Definir la visión del producto y la estrategia a largo plazo para su vertical, y construir y priorizar la hoja de ruta basada en la oportunidad comercial y el impacto operativo.

• Rastrear los KPI y utilizar los datos para validar la dirección y tomar decisiones.
• Comfortable working with incomplete information
• Self-directed and accountable: you own outcomes, not just deliverables
• Fluent in English; German is a significant advantage
• Strong experience managing complex stakeholder environments across multiple teams
• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role
• Proven ability to define product vision and build strategy, not just execute one
• Exceptional written communication, your specs and documents set the standard for the team
• Background in marketplace, or operations-heavy products B2B/B2C
