Manufacturing Engineer

• Collaborer avec les ingénieurs pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des processus de fabrication évolutifs pour de nouveaux matériels et pièces imprimées.
• Identifier les goulets d'étranglement et les inefficacités dans le flux des pièces, des matériaux et des données à travers l'usine, et travailler avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour les améliorer.
• Développer une documentation légère et des normes de processus pour soutenir l'évolutivité de la production sans ralentir l'itération d'ingénierie.
• Experience working with hand tools, machinery, or complex hardware assembly
• Internship or professional experience in manufacturing, development engineering, or build engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or related engineering field
• Ability to translate high-level engineering goals into practical factory processes
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP tools and production tracking systems
• Exposure to fixturing, DFM, or process validation
• Experience with metal additive manufacturing or precision post-processing
• Understanding of GD&T and/or how to read drawings
• Experience with manufacturing process development in a fast-paced hardware environment
• 2+ years of experience in a hands-on manufacturing or production engineering role
