Senior Paid Media Analyst (Growth and Transformation)

• Oversee paid media strategy, execution, and investment decisions, driving performance outputs aligned with broader business objectives.
• Dive deep into performance data, visitor behavior, attribution models, and advanced analytics to inform optimization, experimentation, and long-term growth opportunities.
• Own end-to-end paid media strategy, including channel roadmap, testing frameworks, and measurement approach, with a primary focus on paid search and expansion into additional channels.
• Experience working with external partners, vendors, or client-facing stakeholders is a plus, including the ability to communicate strategy and performance clearly
• Demonstrated experience (3-6 years) owning paid media strategy and performance for high-volume or complex acquisition programs, with a track record of driving meaningful business impact
• Experience navigating attribution, incrementality, and measurement bias, and the ability to explain tradeoffs clearly
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a passion for performance marketing and growth economics
• Desire to work hands-on in an entrepreneurial, performance-driven, analytically rigorous environment
• Advanced excel skills and strong SQL experience, with familiarity in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
