About The Role

Join Closinglock, a security-critical fintech platform, as a DevOps Engineer. You'll work closely with our Senior DevOps Engineer to build and improve our cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and observability stack. Contribuir al diseño, construcción y mantenimiento de infraestructura en la nube escalable en AWS, apoyando la alta disponibilidad y el rendimiento de la plataforma.
Ayudar a evolucionar las tuberías de CI/CD para permitir implementaciones rápidas, seguras y frecuentes en múltiples entornos.
Implementar y mantener infraestructura como código utilizando herramientas como Terraform o CloudFormation, asegurando la reproducibilidad y la auditabilidad.
3-5 years of professional experience in a DevOps, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering role
Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration
Familiarity with security best practices: secrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager), network segmentation, IAM policies, and encryption at rest/in transit
Working knowledge of Linux system administration and shell scripting (Bash)
Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, CloudWatch)
Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tooling (Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana, or equivalent)
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar)
Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools
AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer Professional)
Familiarity with zero-trust networking principles and SIEM tooling
Experience with database performance tuning and managing managed database services (Aurora, RDS)
Proficiency with a scripting or programming language such as Python, Go, or Node.js
Experience in a fintech, payments, or regulated industry environment (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, or similar compliance frameworks)
