Senior Business Development Manager (Partnerships)

Join Nexxen as a Senior Business Development Manager (Partnerships) and play a key role in building and nurturing strategic partnerships. You will identify and engage with potential partners, negotiate and execute deals, and maintain strong relationships with existing partners. This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the advertising and marketing landscape, and a proven track record in business development and strategic partnerships.

• Identifying and engaging with potential partners to broker deals that align with client & product objectives.
• Negotiating and executing deals with strategic partnerships structures, and cultivating strong relationships with existing partners.
• Working cross-functionally across business development, product, partner operations, finance, sales, and other areas of the organization to develop and execute business strategy.
• A successful track record of developing, negotiating, and signing industry-leading strategic deals with a wealth of creative partnership structures
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage, coach, and develop others
• Demonstrated experience in partner offerings across audiences, verification, measurement, creative solutions, and ad serving
• Ability to work with and understand complex advertising and marketing landscape and drive deep relationships with stakeholders to deliver results
• Strong internal and external communicator
• BA/BS and 5+ years of AdTech / Media experience focused on business development and strategic partnerships
• Adept at leading large-scale initiatives. Ability to gain trust and build relationships
