TI
Brand & Creative Designer
Tulip Interfaces · Somerville, United States
About The Role
Join Tulip, a company revolutionizing factory floors with a digital platform. As a Brand & Creative Designer, you'll own the visual language of a category, driving impact through your craft and building tools for the team. You'll lead creative execution for integrated campaigns, partner with various teams, and set the standard for AI usage in the creative function. Enjoy impactful work, work/life balance, competitive benefits, and a family-friendly environment.
- Deep proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, with experience building and maintaining a component-based design system
- Video and motion as a genuine secondary skill — you can concept and produce short-form social video, animated assets, and event reels, or direct a producer effectively
- 5–8+ years of visual design experience with a portfolio spanning brand identity systems, campaign creative, and digital assets, ideally in B2B SaaS or a technical category
- Enough editorial instinct to push back on copy that doesn't match the visual and make sure design and messaging work as one
- A real track record using AI tools in your design workflow (image generation, layout assist, documentation, prompt engineering) to rebuild processes, not just adopt tools
- A track record owning campaign creative end-to-end, from brief to full asset suite across paid, organic, email, and event
- You work fluidly across brand systems and campaign execution: you can build the guidelines and then ship the assets inside them, and you know when to hold a system together and when to let it breathe
- You've rebuilt parts of your workflow around AI, not to skip the thinking but to do more of it, and you've built tools that other people on your team actually use
- You have strong opinions about what makes design work, and you're willing to defend them in a room with a CMO
- We know even great candidates experience imposter syndrome. Even if you don’t match every requirement, applying gives you the opportunity to be considered
