About The Role

Join Tulip, a fast-growing SaaS company, as a Continuous Improvement Project Manager. In this role, you will manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers. You will provide expertise and thought leadership to guide customers through manufacturing digital transformations and contribute to internal process development and continuous improvement.   • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Collaborate with internal experts and customers to define project success and requirements, and lead organization of information and communication.
  • Provide expertise and thought leadership to guide customers through manufacturing digital transformations, and scope and quote projects for customers.
  • You understand the business impact of operational improvements
  • You know the challenges in manufacturing and operations, and you believe there is a better way
  • You thrive on communicating and can do so across levels, with people from the shop floor to engineering managers to executives
  • You’re ready for a start-up environment as part of a fast growing SAAS company
  • You’re meticulously organized, able to prioritize in ambiguous situations for yourself and your team, and look ahead to risks and mitigate then
  • Ability to develop project plans with owners and timelines, for teams that include customers, partners, and internal resources
  • Experience working with manufacturing operations
  • Experience working with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including running meetings and delivering executive-level presentations
  • Agile and/ or scrum methodologies
  • Lean/ Six Sigma
  • PMP
  • Life sciences manufacturing experience
  • You are comfortable working with digital tools and have a willingness to adopt new AI-assisted workflows as they are introduced to the PS org
  • 5+ years work experience in project / program management, manufacturing / production operations, management consulting, customer success operations or equivalent
  • Experience with AI-assisted project tools, knowledge management, or automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Copilot, Claude or similar)
