- MBA or equivalent advanced degree with 2–4 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, VC/PE, internal strategy, or Chief-of-Staff–type roles in high-growth B2B SaaS or technology environments
- Strong business acumen in high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise software; experience with cross-functional growth initiatives and GTM strategy is a plus
- Hands-on AI fluency — build with an AI-first mindset to accelerate analysis, synthesis, and execution; prototypes lightweight tools, templates, automations, and repeatable workflows to scale CEO Office and growth programs; basic scripting a plus
- Proven program and project management experience — comfortable with agile and lean approaches, designing and owning end-to-end business processes, and keeping complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives on track with measurable outcomes
- We know even great candidates experience imposter syndrome. Even if you don’t match every requirement, applying gives you the opportunity to be considered
