Operations Intern

• Troubleshoot issues and handle office projects, including building, moving, and setting up equipment around HQ.
• Monitor the Operations Jira board and inbox; respond to requests, manage inventory and ordering for snacks, food, and office supplies.
• Support workplace culture initiatives, help create a welcoming, productive environment for all employees.

• Ability to deal with ambiguity and take a solution-oriented approach to problem solving
• You already replaced your google search with an AI tool and are excited about finding ways to adopt new technologies
• Able to work 20-40 hrs/week on-site at our Assembly Square office in Somerville, MA (easily accessible via the Orange Line). We're dog friendly — our Chief Barketing Officer can provide more details
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to occasionally lift and move items up to 25 lbs
• Bias for action, flexibility, adaptability, and strong time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to independently carry out and present projects to the team and company
