About The Role

Join Tulip, a leading manufacturing solutions company, as a Senior Manufacturing Solutions Engineer. In this role, you will partner with customers to understand their operational challenges and goals, develop and implement Tulip solutions, and support enterprise-level customer projects. You will build and maintain trusted relationships across customer organizations, provide ongoing technical support, and contribute to the development of internal processes. This position offers a flexible work environment, competitive benefits, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on product and culture.

  • You're humble, curious, and just as comfortable presenting to a C-suite executive as you are walking a production line
  • You thrive in fast-moving environments, take ownership of what you build, and genuinely care about the customers you work with
  • You believe technology should make people's jobs better, not harder, and you're energized by the challenge of making that happen

  • 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations technology, or a related field, with demonstrated customer-facing project leadership
  • Experienced in Operations Technology, including MES, ERP, or similar systems; architecting and implementation experience is a strong plus
  • 25% travel expected within North America
  • Proven track record leading Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives; ability to walk a shop floor and identify opportunities
  • Experienced in system and device integration in the manufacturing industry
  • BS in Engineering or similar field
