Director of Workplace Services

Join Hadrian, a fast-growing company in the aerospace industry, as the Director of Workplace Services. In this leadership role, you will establish and lead the workplace services function, set strategy, build and manage the team, and oversee programs and vendors that keep our workplaces running smoothly. You will be responsible for designing and building the workplace services organization, overseeing office and workplace buildouts, and managing the workplace physical security program. • Establish and lead the workplace services function at Hadrian, responsible for setting strategy, building and managing the team, and overseeing programs and vendors.
• Design and rapidly build the workplace services organization, including office operations, facilities coordination, physical security, and site support roles.
• Oversee office and workplace buildouts, expansions, and reconfigurations across locations, ensuring high levels of reliability, cleanliness, accessibility, and security.
• Significant proven experience in workplace services, facilities management, office operations, physical security, or related functions with increasing leadership scope
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and external partners at scale
• Ability to move quickly from zero to structure while prioritizing what matters most
• Proven experience building and scaling teams in a high growth environment
• Strong track record of overseeing multi site workplace programs rather than personally executing long term
• Excellent judgment, communication, and stakeholder leadership skills
• Experience supporting rapid headcount growth and opening new locations
• Background in environments that blend office and manufacturing settings
• Strong organizational design instincts and hiring judgment
• Ability to create leverage by building teams and systems quickly
• A pragmatic, ownership driven mindset with a bias toward speed and clarity
