About The Role

Join Hadrian's Factory Automation division as an Electrical & Controls Engineer. In this role, you will design, develop, and commission automated robotic cells for high-precision manufacturing. You will work closely with hardware, software, and robotics engineers to bring advanced production systems from concept to operation. Key responsibilities include leading electrical and controls design, writing and maintaining PLC applications, designing and debugging control panels, commissioning and debugging automation systems, and developing standards and procedures for scalable automation deployment.   • Lead the electrical and controls design for advanced automated manufacturing robotic cells, including writing and maintaining PLC applications.
  • Design and debug control panels to industrial standards, develop and maintain electrical documentation, wiring diagrams, and bill of materials.
  • Commission and debug automation systems on the production floor, diagnose and resolve control system and hardware issues.
  • Strong skills in integrating sensors and performing risk assessments in accordance with safety standards such as ISO 13849 or ANSI B11
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex systems using diagnostic tools and lead structured root cause analysis
  • Experience with Siemens automation systems and programming
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering, physics, or computer science discipline
  • Experience designing and commissioning electrical systems and panels to industrial safety standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
