About The Role
Join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. In this role, you will provide high-level support to the CEO, manage their calendar, prepare briefing materials, facilitate information flow, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and handle confidential communications. You will also support external engagement, coordinate travel logistics, and provide personal assistance when needed. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders, strong organizational and project management skills, and a positive, collaborative approach.
- Collaborate with the Executive Assistant team to ensure continuity and effective coverage, managing the CEO’s calendar and preparing briefing materials for executive meetings.
- Facilitate information flow across the leadership team, coordinating cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO, and driving accountability and progress.
- Handle confidential communications with discretion and professionalism, supporting external engagement with board members, investors, partners, clients, and media.
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office and task management platforms
- High level of discretion when handling sensitive information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across a range of stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions in real time
- Experience managing both business and personal support for senior leaders
- Strong organizational and project management skills with close attention to detail
- Positive, collaborative approach that contributes to team culture
- 5+ years of experience supporting Founder or C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated interest in advanced technology, aerospace, or manufacturing
- Clear and professional communication style and tailor to diverse audiences
- Sound judgment in dynamic situations, with the ability to act independently or escalate when appropriate
- Strong sense of ownership, with a commitment to availability and accountability in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity, driving clarity and momentum across competing priorities
- Positive and collaborative approach that enhances team effectiveness
- Proven ability to build trust through reliability, discretion, and a consistent presence
