About The Role

Join Hadrian, a cutting-edge defense technology company, as a Full Stack Software Engineer. In this role, you will build and own enterprise applications and internal tools that power Hadrian's operational workflows. Your initial focus will be on legal technology and cross-functional integrations. You will identify and prioritize workflow bottlenecks, own legal technology as a core platform service, and develop AI-powered contract intelligence and obligation tracking systems. You will also design and build Hadrian's CLM platform, integrate procurement and commercial systems, and create portfolio reporting and analytics dashboards. Additionally, you will support legal operations across the enterprise. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

  • Construire et posséder des applications d'entreprise et des outils internes qui alimentent les flux de travail opérationnels de Hadrian de bout en bout, en mettant l'accent sur la technologie juridique et les intégrations interfonctionnelles.

  • Prior experience building legal technology, CLM systems, or contract management tools. Experience with AI/LLM-powered applications in production (RAG, document processing, agentic workflows)
  • Proficiency with Salesforce as a CRM and at least one major ERP (NetSuite or Oracle preferred). Experience building in GCC environments with ITAR, CUI, or CMMC compliance requirements. Experience at a defense-tech, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing company. Familiarity with vector databases, embedding pipelines, and document retrieval systems
