About The Role

Join Hadrian, a cutting-edge aerospace manufacturing company, as the Manager of Early Career Recruiting. In this leadership role, you will build and lead our early talent function from the ground up, creating lasting partnerships with top universities, trade schools, and community programs. You will design and execute Hadrian's early career recruiting strategy, oversee the full candidate lifecycle, and serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on early career talent trends.   • Proven success building or scaling early career and internship programs in high-growth environments
  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of university or early career recruiting experience
  • Seasonal travel for campus and recruiting events
  • Experience partnering with diverse stakeholders including technical, operations, and senior leadership teams
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for events
  • Experience building partnerships with trade schools, community colleges, and technical training programs
  • Background in technical recruiting or familiarity with manufacturing, aerospace, or engineering environments
  • Track record of hiring and developing recruiting talent in a fast-paced or startup environment
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to represent Hadrian's mission authentically at all levels
  • Demonstrated success designing recruiting processes and programs that scale
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to shape team strategy and report to leadership
  • To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
