Technical Program Manager (Capabilities)

As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional programs from planning to execution, coordinate with internal teams, establish program governance processes, and serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders. • Lead delivery of cross-functional programs from initial planning through execution, milestone tracking, and completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams (including engineering, supply chain, software, and operations) to maintain program timelines and resolve execution risks.
• Establish and maintain program governance processes, including status reporting, cross-team coordination, and executive updates.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% to factory sites, customer locations, or supplier facilities as needed
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, business, operations, or a related field
• Ability to communicate program status, risks, and milestones clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines or deliverables
• 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operational execution within aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or a related technical environment
• Experience supporting factory buildouts, capital expenditure (CapEx) programs, or manufacturing infrastructure delivery
• Experience operating in fast-paced or early-stage environments with evolving program scope
• Familiarity with program management tools such as Microsoft Project, Airtable, Gantt scheduling tools, or risk-tracking frameworks
• Experience preparing program deliverables such as executive briefings, progress reports, or operational reviews
• To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
