People Business Partner (Americas)

Join our fast-growing company as a People Business Partner, where you will play a crucial role in driving the People Agenda for Canada, the USA, and Latin America. You will be the main point of contact for all HR matters in your perimeter, providing expertise and operational support to managers, running HR processes, and supporting employees in their development. You will also contribute to compensation and benefits analysis and work on various local and global HR projects. Fluency in French and English is required, along with extensive experience in HR management and strong interpersonal skills.

• You will be the main point of contact for all HR matters in your perimeter and will implement the best HR solutions, in line with the People Strategy and Company objectives.
• Provide expertise, operational support and advice to managers in managing their teams, enhancing people management practices and leadership effectiveness through continuous feedback and coaching.
• Run HR process such as Performance Reviews, People Reviews, Compensation Reviews, Learning & Development plan definition.
